We want you to love your Pilates journey. If your order isn't right, here is how we handle it:

• Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged (e.g., a cracked Pilates ring or torn mat), please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement.

• Hygiene Restraints: For the health and safety of our community, sportswear, grip socks, and opened yoga mats cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the item has been worn.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our designated warehouse unless the item is defective.
